Cancellation & Refunds

Here’s everything you need to know about our cancellation and refund policies.

• Free cancellation if made at least 1 hour before pickup.
• 50% fare charged for cancellations within 1 hour of pickup.
• Full fare charged if the driver has already arrived.
• No-show without cancellation is treated as completed ride.
• Refunds (if applicable) processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds in case of policy violation.
